This popular rooftop chill-out bar is strategically located at the junction of North Bridge Road and Bras Basah Road. It is in close proximity to prominent landmarks such as Raffles City Tower, Raffles Hotel and National Library. Loof is a popular expat hangout and because of its proximity to a number of hotels in the area a significant proportion of customers are tourists. The large open space is now partially protected from the rain by a clear plastic marquee.
